Abstract：
使用硫酸铵分级沉淀、CM -SephadexC - 5 0弱阳离子、POROSPE疏水层析和POROSHQ2 0强阴离子交换分离技术 ,从黑曲酶发酵的果胶酶粗品中纯化出一种电泳纯的果胶酶 .经SDS -PAGE电泳测定其相对分子量约 41.8kD ,最适pH和最适温度分别为 5 .0和 36℃ .
