Abstract:
葡萄酒加工过程中添加剂分解出的二氧化硫会对人体产生明显的不良作用.葡萄酒中二氧化硫的检测非常重要.目前,葡萄酒中二氧化硫光化学传感器[1~3]主要采取传感膜作为指示剂载体,具有指示剂容易泄漏等缺点.
