通过访谈研究,本文旨在了解目前我国高校英语教师信念的基本特征,阐释了教师信念中潜在的语言观如何导向教师选择教学途径、影响其课堂教学.本文指出,教师信念是一个开放的系统,遇到教学实际中出现的问题和挑战,通过自我反思、同事互动和师资培训等途径,教师信念能够进一步得到扩充和更新.
