Abstract:

设计铂热电阻恒流激励测温的最佳非线性补偿变送电路,同时利用半导体致冷器件即可加热又可致冷的双向特性,制成以半导体致冷器为冷/热源的高精度控温系统,在20~40℃,控温精度高达±0.02℃.系统致冷效率高、速度快,且无污染、无噪声,结构简单,使用方便,可广泛应用于各种小空间特殊场合的制冷控温领域中.
