Abstract:
研究了生物不对称还原肾上腺酮生成单一对映体R-肾上腺素.以肾上腺酮为前体,从土壤中筛选到-株对肾上腺酮具有较高立体选择性催化的菌株S289,以其为出发菌株,依次进行紫外和亚硝酸诱变,得到R-肾上腺素高转化菌株UN-78.确定了最佳转化条件,在初始底物浓度为10 mmol/L、摇床转速180 r/min、温度30℃和pH6.5,R-肾上腺素得率达56.2%,对映体过量值e达到99.8%.
