Abstract:
本文在野生型酪氨酸酶(TYR)的基础上,运用分子生物学手段成功构建两种变异型表达质粒pET-Tat-TYR(含双精氨酸分泌信号肽变异型)、pGEX-TYR(缺失C端跨膜区的GST融合变异型),表达了两种变异型酪氨酸酶,并分别对产物进行了分析.该研究结果拓宽了蛋白药物在递送方面的应用范围,为酪氨酸酶在治疗色素代谢异常疾病方面开辟了新的视野,并为酪氨酸酶的有效应用提供理论指导.
