Abstract：
建设服务型政府是我国政府改革的方向,政府改革的成败与政府如何科学构建与完善公务员激励机制,使其在履职过程中能够持续地为公民、为社会提供高效、优质的公共服务休戚相关.针对服务型政府理论产生的背景,分析服务型政府理念运用于我国的适用性和当前我国公务员激励机制的缺失及因为,可以对进一步完善服务型政府视角下的公务员激励机制提出相应的对策建议.
