Abstract:
随着全国高校招生规模的扩大,学生素质参差不齐给高校的基础教学工作带来许多困难,数学类基础课程的教育现状更是不容乐观.为此,在概率统计教学实践中尝试构建多层次教学团队,根据不同生源素质和不同学科要求,通过构建教师梯队和教学分班,因材施教实现多层次教学.同时,还探寻一条教学与科研良性互动的发展途径.
