研究聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-阿霉素纳米颗粒(PVP-ADM-NP)的制备优化工艺.以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为载体材料,以阿霉素为模型药物,采用溶剂去除法制备PVP-ADM-NP,对其制备工艺进行优化,并采用扫描电镜及激光粒度仪分别考察优化条件下纳米颗粒的形态、粒径分布.结果表明,激光粒度仪显示优化工艺条件下,纳米颗粒粒径在38~75nm,平均粒径54.4nm;PVP-ADM-NP在扫描电镜下呈现良好的圆整度,分布均匀同激光粒度仪结果相吻合.
