研究制备以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为载体的阿霉素纳米粒,提出用HPLC-荧光色谱法测定聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-阿霉素纳米粒体系中阿霉素含量,并采用该方法测定了纳米粒的包封率和载药量.结果表明,制备得到的阿霉素纳米粒粒径小,球形度好;HPLC-荧光色谱法对聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-纳米粒体系中的阿霉素含量测定具有专属性强、方便快捷的特点;阿霉素在0.08~8 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2 =0.9999),回收率高;阿霉素纳米粒载药量为(2.92±0.09)%,包封率为(83.21±2.17)%.
