Abstract:

根据智能振动压路机激振模式及结构特点,提出一种新的4自由度动力学模型,以XG6133D型智能压路机为例,研究了压实进程中,随土壤的刚度系数增大,阻尼系数的减小,振动轮及机架在多模式下的动力学响应特性,揭示压实进程中振动轮受到土壤的压实反力、摩擦力的变化规律,分析振动轮产生“垂直跳振”、“水平打滑”等复杂工况的可能性,提出了保证压实质量的有效措施.
