Abstract:

以K2TiF6、石墨粉、稀土氧化物Ce2O3及工业纯铝为原料,采用氟盐法制备Al-Ti-C-Ce中间合金,通过OM、XRD、SEM及EDAX等对细化剂的组织进行了分析,探讨了进口Al-Ti-B和自制Al-Ti-C-Ce晶粒细化剂对7010铝合金的晶粒尺寸和力学性能的影响.结果表明,Al-Ti-C-Ce晶粒细化剂细化后的7010铝合金的晶粒尺寸显著减小,抗拉强度和伸长率也得到了明显的提高.
