Abstract:
用IR、Raman和DRS光谱研究了SO2-4/TiO2 光催化剂和TiO2光催化剂的光谱行为差别.结果表明,TiO2光催化剂的表面只有L酸中心,而SO2-4/TiO2光催化剂表面既有L酸中心也有B酸中心. TiO2的硫酸化有效地抑制了晶相转变和晶粒度的增加.与TiO2相比,SO 2-4/TiO2光催化剂的锐钛矿相含量较多、晶粒较小、光谱吸收边蓝移,从而增大了光吸收阈值,增强了光生空穴和电子的氧化及还原能力.
