Abstract:

介绍了一种新型PCR芯片,反应腔体设计为碗状,采取电加热方式,利用自然对流实现PCR扩增.并通过ANSYS有限元软件对其进行了温场仿真和FLOTRAN CFD分析,模拟出腔体内不同位置处流体温度随时间的变化关系.结果表明在反应腔内流体处于稳定层流,形成稳定温区分布,且温度变化满足PCR反应要求.
