Abstract:
溶液法在柔性塑料衬底上制备轻薄的光电子器件具有低成本、大面积和易操作等显著优势.文章报道了一种基于AgNWs作阴极的全溶液法制备柔性量子点发光器件.引入PMMA介质层以降低氧化锌表面粗糙度,平衡器件电荷注入,提高器件性能.其器件的最大亮度为1 542cd/m2,电流效率达1.9 cd/A.在弯曲状态下,发光均匀稳定,呈半透明器件.
