Abstract:
目的:筛选灰树花中具有改善脂质代谢的活性组分并获得其最佳提取工艺条件.方法:采用模拟胆汁胶束法和脂肪酶抑制法两种体外筛选方法筛选灰树花中具有改善脂质代谢的活性组分,采用单因素以及响应面法优化灰树花活性组分的提取工艺.结果:灰树花乙酸乙酯提取物(EAE)具有较强的改善脂质代谢的活性,其对脱氧胆酸钠和胆酸钠的结合量最高,抑制脂肪酶活性最强.最佳提取工艺条件:料液比1:29(g/mL)、超声时间30 min、提取温度50℃.通过超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆飞行时间质谱仪(UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)对EAE组分进行鉴定,其主要成分为野靛黄素和矢车菊素-3-O-芸香糖苷.
