As　an　important　component　of　automobile　logistics,　vehicle　logistics(VL)is　a　key　point　in　realizing　the　value　of　vehicle　products.　Therefore,　an　automobile　manufacturer　who　wants　to　strengthen　its　competence　must　optimize　and　perfect　the　vehicle　logistics　scheme　to　reduce　the　operation　cost,　increase　the　customer　service　level　and　raise　its　overall　logistics　level.　This　thesis　takes　BC　Company　as　an　example,　and　combines　quantity　analysis　method　with　qualitative　analysis　method.　Through　a　field　research　of　BC　Company,　it　analyzes　the　current　situation　of　vehicle　logistics　and　puts　forward　optimization　scheme　of　BC　Company＇s　vehicle　logistics.　©　2016,　Aussino　Academic　Publishing　House.　All　rights　reserved.
