Abstract:

The adsorption equilibrium and kinetics of Sisomicin on macroporous weakly basic acid resin were studied. The surface diffusion model was established. The intraparticle surface diffusion coefficient and mass transfer coefficient were obtained by regression of the experiment data of adsorption rate curves compared with orthogonal collocation method and genetic algorithms directly. The mean square errors were not more than 0.025. The results showed that the numerical solutions were agreed with the experiment data of adsorption rate curves. The adsorption equilibrium of Sisomicin on macroporous weakly basic acid resin D113 was in accord with Langmuir equation. The adsorption process on D113 could be described with the surface diffusion model very well. The intraparticle effective diffusion coefficient was determined to be 2.00 × l0-8 cm2 / s~4.09 × l0-8 cm2 / s in experimental condition. The internal mass transfer coefficient was 9.00 × l0-5 cm / s ~2.95 × l0-4 cm / s.
