Abstract:
To improve the reliability of drive system for six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, a tolerated fault direct torque control (DTC) strategy was proposed for six-phase symmetrical winding shifted-phase 60 degree permanent magnet synchronous motor in this paper. In order to control the flux linkage be circular, fictitious flux linkage and current were defined, the relations between the fictitious stator flux linkage and electromagnetic torque based on it were proposed with any two opened phases. Torque, fictitious stator flux linkage and zero-sequence current were controlled at the same time by the output voltage vector through the remaining 4 phase inverters. The experimental results show that the presented control strategy ensures the drive system running smoothly with two opened phases, and having fast response of torque and speed. © 2016 Chin.
