Abstract :
针对 T 型三电平逆变器驱动的永磁同步电动机驱动系统存在的电容中点电压不易平衡、共模电压较高问题,提出1种有限电压矢量集优化的模型预测瞬时转矩控制MPITC(model predictive instantaneous torque control)策略.首先,鉴于电压矢量对中点电压的影响,仅选用零矢量、小矢量和大矢量参与MPITC.其次,基于开关状态与共模电压的关系,确定 13 个低共模电压矢量参与控制.再次,为提高电机运行性能,利用长矢量合成虚拟电压矢量替代中矢量参与模型预测控制.最后,根据中点电位和电机电流方向,从 19 个电压矢量中选出对维持中点电压平衡有利的电压矢量作为预选矢量集.实验结果证明了所提控制策略能够有效降低电磁转矩和磁链脉动及共模电压幅值,同时能够实现中点电压的平衡控制.

Abstract :
针对永磁同步直线电机(permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,PMSLM)机械参数辨识中存在模型不准确、辨识参数耦合、辨识精度低等问题,该文提出一种基于传动模型重构的机械参数辨识算法.首先,根据重构模型建立扩张状态观测器得到动子质量和摩擦力、电磁推力、质量辨识初值的耦合信息;其次,为消除这种耦合,提出一种两级式的动子质量解耦辨识策略.再次,根据PMSLM的摩擦特性,构造一种综合考虑速度和加速度影响的摩擦力模型,更精确地描述真实摩擦力.最后,搭建基于机械参数辨识算法的控制系统,通过仿真和实验验证,证明所提辨识算法的有效性.

在三电平六相电机驱动系统中,存在中点电压不平衡及零序电流导致定子电流畸变等问题.为此,该文针对T型三电平逆变器供电的六相永磁同步电机,提出一种具有中点电压平衡与零序电流抑制功能的直接转矩控制(DTC)策略.为实现DTC的快速构建,该策略基于两电平三相电机DTC结构,利用精简后的开关状态,在六相绕组轴线上分别合成满足控制要求的 4 个电压矢量,然后通过两个滞环比较器结合简单的扇区划分,确定最优电压矢量所在轴线,同时构建中点电压与零序电流控制平面,并对系统在控制平面所处扇区进行判断.在此基础上,根据最优电压矢量所在绕组的相电流iy的极性,实现最优电压矢量的选择,并进一步构建DTC最优开关矢量表.最后,通过实验结果验证了所提控制策略的可行性和有效性.

Abstract :
Space vector pulsewidth modulation (SVPWM) has good dc-link voltage utilization, but the determination of location of reference voltage vector and nearest three vectors will be complex in modular multi converter (MMC). This paper presents a novel SVPWM scheme with submodule capacitor voltage balance for MMC. The proposed method provides a general a determination of position for reference voltage vector and simplifies the computation without complicated trigonometric function. Finally, Simulation results demonstrate its validity. © 2024 IEEE.

Abstract :
Since the winding and permanent magnet of bearingless flux-switching permanent magnet motors are located on the stator, the composition of the air gap magnetic field is complicated, which makes the mutual coupling problem of suspension and rotation of the motors prominent, causing the control performance of the suspension and rotation to be affected. Therefore, based on the rotor dynamics model, a decoupling control strategy based on finite element analysis (FEA) and linear active disturbance rejection theory is proposed. First, according to the structure of the motors and the FEA results, the stiffness matrix of the motor suspension plane coupling itself and its coupling with the rotation plane was obtained. Then, through rotor dynamics analysis, the kinematics model of the suspension system was obtained. Furthermore, the coupling stiffness matrix is combined with the active disturbance rejection theory to construct a decoupling control strategy for online self-tuning of key system parameters. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed scheme has good dynamic performance and robustness while ensuring the precision of suspension control.

Aiming at the problems of inaccurate model, coupling of identification parameters, and low identification accuracy in the identification of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) mechanical parameters, a mechanical parameter identification algorithm based on transmission model reconstruction was proposed in this paper. First, an extended state observer was established based on the reconstruction model to obtain the coupling information of the mover mass and friction force, electromagnetic thrust and initial value of mass identification. Secondly, in order to eliminate this coupling, a two-stage mover mass decoupling identification strategy was proposed. Thirdly, according to the friction characteristics of PMSLM, a friction force model that comprehensively considers the effects of velocity and acceleration was constructed to describe the real friction force more accurately. Finally, a control system based on the mechanical parameter identification algorithm was built, and the effectiveness of the identification algorithm proposed in this paper is proved by simulation and experimental verification. ©2024 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng. 1597.

Abstract :
A permanent magnet synchronous linear servo motor has the characteristics of high thrust density, high efficiency, and fast control response. It is widely used in rail transit, intelligent manufacturing, and aerospace fields. The electrical or mechanical parameters of the motor and nonlinear resistance interference will affect the high precision control of the linear servo. Therefore, the stable and efficient displacement control algorithm has important engineering application value to improve the system performance. Servo control can be divided into serial and parallel systems according to the relative position of displacement and velocity loop. However, whether serial or parallel control, most controller parameters need to be set in advance and are generally fixed, and adjusting the actual control effect is impossible. This paper proposes a parallel control strategy of variable parameter displacement velocity of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor based on composite neural network reconstruction object, which realizes the high-performance control of linear servo motor. Firstly, a parallel controller with variable parameters is designed using the error information of the moving displacement and linear velocity. Then, the displacement output of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is reconstructed by a composite radial basis neural network containing multi-dimensional information of the control object, and the partial derivative of the displacement to the control signal is obtained. Finally, based on the closed-loop stability condition of the system, a complete parameter update strategy of parallel controller with displacement velocity is provided according to the comparison between periodic retrieval errors and control targets. In the experiment, a permanent magnet synchronous linear servo system is designed, and different network observations, position controls, and object parameter controls are compared. The network comparison shows that the composite radial-based neural network has fast observation speed and high observation accuracy, and the observation time and root mean square error are 18.63 μs and 0.063 mm, respectively. The position control comparison shows that the variable parameter parallel algorithm has higher control precision than the fixed parameter algorithm, such as PID control, with a 30%~50% improvement effect in the displacement and velocity control error indexes. The parameter control comparison shows that in the variable parameter parallel control strategy, when the moving mass changes, the root mean square of displacement error is less than 0.015 mm, and the absolute maximum error is less than 0.060 mm, which means that the algorithm has stability and universality. The following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The composite RBF neural network structure has better observation performance than the traditional RBF neural network. Compared with the traditional improvement method, it has a better effect with less computing pressure on the processor. (2) Compared with the fixed coefficient algorithm, such as PID, the proposed variable parameter parallel control strategy can effectively improve the control performance of the actuator displacement. (3) The variable parameter parallel control strategy can guarantee the high precision control effect under different displacement settings and object parameters. © 2024 China Machine Press. 永磁同步直线电机直接驱动负载存在驱动系统数学建模困难、个别频率点共振现象突出等特征,导致速度闭环控制器参数手动最佳整定困难.为解决该问题,提出了一种速度环的自调试方法.为描述个别频率点共振现象,提出虚拟双质量模型,结合q轴电流-速度频率响应数据及复向量拟合算法辨识双质量模型参数;以动子速度、弹性力、负载末端速度及动子速度误差积分值为基础,构建速度闭环的状态反馈控制策略,按照抑制共振及二阶临界阻尼原则配置反馈系数.实验结果表明,动子速度无超调且快速跟踪给定值,并能有效抑制机械共振,实现了速度环的自调试.

针对悬浮绕组直流励磁型双绕组12/10极U型定子铁芯无轴承磁通切换电机BFSPMM(bearingless flux switching permanent magnet motor)提出1种直接控制策略.首先,分析转子偏心对电机数学模型的影响并构建偏心情况下的双绕组BFSPMM数学模型;然后,根据机电能量转换原理推导双绕组无轴承磁通切换电机的转矩数学模型并构建基于空间矢量脉宽调制SVPWM(space vector pulse width modulation)的直接转矩控制;最后,运用虚位移法得到悬浮力数学模型,通过SVPWM合成的电压矢量对悬浮绕组磁链的进行精确控制,实现对悬浮力的直接控制.实验结果表明,转子可以稳定悬浮且悬浮力与转矩可以独立控制,说明系统具有良好的动静态特性.

本发明涉及一种低计算量的双电机串联系统模型预测转矩控制方法,采样六相电流isA~isF、直流母线电压UDC、两台PMSM电角度θr1和θr2,并根据两台PMSM的数学模型计算两台PMSM的转矩Te1、Te2和定子磁链幅值ψs1、ψs2。计算两台PMSM的期望电压矢量u*s1和u*s2。计算两台PMSM期望电压矢量的位置角θu1和θu2。确定两台PMSM期望电压矢量在对应PMSM平面上所在扇区Sec。确定预选的基本电压矢量。计算零序电压给定值u*so2。确定预选的基本电压矢量是与u21还是与u42合成。计算每个由预选的基本电压矢量合成的虚拟电压矢量在α1、β1、α2、β2轴上的电压。计算每个虚拟电压矢量对应的成本函数值。确定最优电压矢量uopt(k+1)。本发明实现零序电流全周期闭环控制。
