Abstract:
A liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS) method based on dispersive solid-phase extraction was developed for the simultaneous determination of three fungicides residues in mushrooms, including carbendazim, diethofencarb and prochloraz. Target pesticides were extracted from simples with acetonitrile containing 1% acetic acid and purified by QuEChERS method. The three compounds were separated on a Waters Atlantis® T3 column with the mobile phases of acetonitrile and 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate containing 0.1% formic acid. Target compounds were analyzed by MS/MS with positive electrospray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, and quantified by external standard method. The results demonstrated that the method showed good linearity in the range of 1.0~25 μg/L for 3 fungicides with correlation coefficients no less than 0.9947. The limits of detection (S/N=3) were 0.08-0.33 μg/kg and the limits of detection (S/N=10) were 0.27~1.2 μg/kg. The mean recoveries of 3 fungicides from two kinds of samples spiked with three concentration levels of 8, 40, 100 μg/kg ranged from 79.3% to 111.7% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1.5%-9.3%. The method is efficient, sensitive, accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of these pesticides in mushrooms. © 2016, Editorial Office of Journal of CIFST. All right reserved.
