Abstract:
Based on the panel data of the first, second and fourth batch of innovative pilot small, and medium-sized enterprise in Fujian province, we assess the human resources performance efficiency in innovative enterprise by using TOPSIS efficiency measure model and the non-radial super efficiency DEA model. Finally, we use the combination efficiency data to analyze the performance. The result shows that, in order to improve the human resources performance, enterprise should pay more attention to the staff education, and improve enterprise's talent mechanism from the enterprise culture, enterprise strategy.
