Abstract:
Possessing independent intellectual property rights, the independent, brand and continuous innovation ability are the overall requirements of the country for innovative enterprise. This paper uses the first, second and forth batch of innovative (pilot) enterprises as the research object, empirically tests the influence factors of innovative enterprise strategic human resource management, points out that human resource management strategy in China is gradually playing its role properly, but at present, the effective incentive measures are the means of incentive stock options, the diathesis and quality of enterprise staff still needs to enhance, it enlightens us in the further work of promoting the construction of innovative enterprise.
