Abstract:
The dynamic system of trade growth includes source power and its acquirement (by comparative advantage and industrial advantage) and energy releasing of motive force (trade policy). Based on the industrial upgrading and the comparative advantage theory, this article probes into such issues as the historical experiences of Chinese foreign trade growth, the causes of its recent corner, and the exertion of its potential, and then brings forward several alternative strategies to endue the foreign trade with a compound motive force that combines the dynamic comparative advantage and the industrial advantage together but is mainly based on the former, so as to keep a steady and sustained dynamic growth of foreign trade in the new century.
