In　recent　years,　with　the　implement　of　project-driving　strategy　in　Fujian　province,　the　petrochemical　industry,　which　is　one　of　three　leading　industries　has　acquired　tremendous　development,　its　running　quality　has　ranked　in　advanced　level　of　the　nation.　The　situation　of　one　leader,　two　chains,　two　clusters　are　taking　shape.　This　paper　discussed　the　current　situation　of　the　petrochemical　industrial　cluster　in　Fujian,　and　revealed　the　problems　existing　in　the　development　of　the　cluster,　also　proposed　some　countermeasures　in　order　to　solve　the　problem.
