Abstract:
The Electricity-Hydrogen Coupling System (EHCS) enhances the flexibility of the power system, facilitates the storage of excess energy, and smooths energy output. This capability aids in effectively addressing load fluctuations and grid instability. In this paper, an optimal dispatch model for EHCS that takes into account the uncertainty of electricity prices is established. The model introduces a stepped carbon trading mechanism alongside a demand response strategy, which significantly reduces carbon emissions while ensuring the economic operation of EHCS. By implementing multiple scenarios, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy through comparative analysis is validated. © 2025 IEEE.
