Abstract:

To solve the problem of low-carbon economic operation of virtual power plants, this paper proposes a dynamic pricing mechanism, and establishes an optimization model of energy storage allocation planning for virtual power plants including carbon-green certificate joint trading. Firstly, dynamic carbon trading and green certificate pricing mechanisms are established to minimize carbon emissions. Then, the multi-layer optimization model of upper layer transaction pricing, middle layer energy storage configuration and lower layer virtual power plant economic scheduling is constructed. The Karush-Kuhn-Tucher condition is used to transform the lower layer model into the constraint condition of the middle layer model, and then intelligent algorithm is used to solve the simplified model. Lastly, a simulation example is given to verify that the proposed mechanism improves the utilization rate of clean energy, and realizes economical and low-carbon cooperative development of virtual power plant. © 2025 IEEE.
