Abstract:

This article investigates the synchronization issue of stochastic large-scale networks with time delays (SLNTD) via periodic self-triggered asynchronous intermittent sampled-data decentralized control (PAISC). This is the first implementation of asynchronous decentralized control to tackle asynchronization challenges in intermittent sampled-data control. Particularly, the self-triggered characteristic of the controller facilitates adaptive adjustments in response to exceptional circumstances, thus bolstering the fault tolerance capabilities of SLNTD. Methodologically, the Lyapunov method is utilized to analyze the pth moment exponential synchronization of SLNTD, incorporating the method of graph theory to process asynchronous-meaning cross-coupling terms. Moreover, the practical merits of our obtained results are illustrated through the numerical example of islanded micro grid. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the asynchronous advantages of PAISC. © 2025 Elsevier B.V.
