Abstract:
The technology known as dynamic wireless power transmission (DWPT) has great promise in reducing the weight and expense of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) by reducing the amount of battery capacity they carry. However, there are large mutual inductance and power fluctuation in the dynamic charging process. This paper suggests a low-cost, low-variation dual-receiver magnetic coupler that is coupled in parallel by two half-bridge rectifiers as a solution to this issue. An I-Type solenoid coil is used to strengthen the coupling and magnetic field. The optimized design of the coupler structure enables the system to have smooth mutual inductance fluctuation. According to the simulated results, the equivalent mutual inductance fluctuation is 3.6%, confirming the viability of the magnetic coupling structure's optimized design and the efficacy of the suggested DWPT system. © 2024 IEEE.
