Abstract:
为解决变电站工程中管母提升时的管母平直性问题,本文设计一种应变片式拉力传感器.通过分析变电站管母的提升结构,采取仪表放大器对输入信号进行高倍放大,并通过单片机对信号进行处理.测试的结果表明,该拉力传感器具备实时性强、采样精度高、可靠性高、集成度高、成本低等优点,在变电站工程的管母提升吊点拉力监测领域具有好的推广前景.
