制备聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯(PE)保鲜膜,通过测试对比PVC、PE两种保鲜膜力学性能、自粘性、晶体结构、防雾性能、阻隔性等性能,并观察用这两种保鲜膜对生菜、坚果的包装效果.结果表明,PVC保鲜膜自粘性、拉伸强度、韧性优于PE保鲜膜,PVC保鲜膜在低温(2℃)、常温(25℃)时普弹阶段分别是PE保鲜膜的1.9 倍、2.9 倍,常温下PVC保鲜膜蠕变残余变形量低于PE保鲜膜,PVC保鲜膜包装实物效果优于PE保鲜膜;PE保鲜膜结晶度比PVC保鲜膜高,PE保鲜膜的氧气透过量是PVC保鲜膜的近3 倍,PVC保鲜膜的水蒸气透过率是PE保鲜膜的21 倍,PVC保鲜膜防腐败保鲜效果优于PE保鲜膜.因此现今PVC保鲜膜仍然受大众青睐,能与PE保鲜膜并存于世.
