Abstract:
The issue of passivity-based finite-time H-infinity control issue for an affine nonlinear system is addressed in this paper. First, a finite-time version Hamilton-Jacobi inequality is presented, which is a generalization of the classical Hamilton-Jacobi inequality. Then, a sufficient condition by finite-time passivity is provided in terms of a storage function, which enables derivation of finite-time stability and an L-2-gain level. Moreover, when the nominal system does not possess the finite-time passivity property, a control strategy based on finite-time feedback passivation is also established.
