Abstract:

本发明公开了一种镶嵌型ZrO2/Co3O4复合纳米颗粒的制备方法,属于纳米材料技术领域,其是先以氯化锆和对苯二甲酸为原料,经溶剂热反应获得UIO‑66;然后将所得UIO‑66与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、六水合氯化钴及2‑甲基咪唑混合,经二次溶剂热反应获得UIO‑66/ZIF‑67;再将所得UIO‑66/ZIF‑67在空气中煅烧,从而得到所述镶嵌型ZrO2/Co3O4复合纳米颗粒。本发明所得复合纳米颗粒中,ZrO2和Co3O4纳米颗粒相互镶嵌,使Co3O4的分散性显著提升,且颗粒尺寸减小,可缩短载流子传输距离,促进光催化CO2还原,因而具有良好环境效益。
