Abstract:

本发明属于发光材料技术领域,具体涉及一种尺寸可调的稀土元素掺杂氟化物的长余辉材料及其大批量制备方法和应用,所述制备方法为:在不含任何配体的条件下,将稀土盐、氟化钠、氟化铵与水混合并调节溶液pH至中性后,加入醇溶剂进行水热反应,得β‑NaReF4型的长余辉材料;其中,所述Re选自钇、钪、镧、铈、钕、钐、铕、钆、钷、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镨、镥和铽中的至少一种;所述氟化钠和氟化铵的摩尔比为1:(0~9)。本发明所提供的稀土元素掺杂氟化物的长余辉材料的制备方法可适用于大批量生产,单次生产产物可达到26g,产率约为95%。
