Abstract:
Synthesis of an acridinium salt, 9-[2',6'-dimethyl-4'-(succinimidoxycarbonyl)phenoxycarbonyl]-10-methylacridinium monomethyl sulfate, was investigated. The synthesis involved seven steps and all of the intermediate compounds and the final product were identified by IR, H-1 NMR, MS and elemental analysis, respectively. Results of our farther study show that the synthesized compound as a chemiluminescent reagent owns more advantages.
