Abstract：
本发明公开了一种低氧响应的壳聚糖聚合物及其制备方法与应用。本发明通过点击化学的方法，将低氧响应基团偶氮苯、氟硼二吡咯(BODIPY)光敏剂与壳聚糖共价连接，形成具有低氧响应特性的壳聚糖聚合物。该聚合物不仅可以有效降低光敏剂的光毒性，提高光敏剂的稳定性，还可在肿瘤低氧微环境中实现低氧响应成像，且其可作为载体包载疏水性药物，并使药物在肿瘤部位靶向释放，从而促进药物在肿瘤部位的聚集。
