Abstract:
To address the problems of insufficient number and uneven distribution of electric vehicles (EVs) charging stations due to the large number of EVs connected to the distribution network, an EV charging station planning and configuration method based on an EV orderly guidance strategy under optimized transport energy interconnection is proposed. Considering the uncertainty of EV travel routes and vehicle owners' behaviour, the EV orderly guidance strategy is formulated in conjunction with the transport energy internet system, and an EV load spatio-temporal prediction model is constructed based on the origin-destination (OD) matrix and the real-time speed model of the road network. The EV charging station planning and allocation model is constructed, and the charging stations are located and capacitated, and the optimal solution is sought based on the NSGA-III algorithm and the TOPSIS method of ranking. Finally, a simulation analysis is carried out combining a 29-node urban traffic road network with an IEEE 33-node distribution network. The results verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed model. © 2023 IEEE.
