Abstract:
文中提出一种新型的变压器共模(common mode,CM)噪声抑制技术,通过在绕线式变压器中外加一层屏蔽-对消绕组,不仅能够屏蔽一侧的CM噪声,同时能够与另一侧的CM噪声实现对消,抑制流经变压器通路的总CM噪声.文中结合LLC变换器CM噪声的特点给出屏蔽-对消绕组设计原理及计算过程,测试并对比无屏蔽层、采用全屏蔽铜箔及加入屏蔽-对消绕组3种变压器结构下的CM噪声.实验结果表明,屏蔽-对消绕组的CM噪声抑制效果在三者中最优,验证了屏蔽-对消绕组抑制CM噪声的有效性.
