混合控制双向L-LLC谐振变换器同步整流策略研究

Abstract :

分布式新能源储能应用中,混合控制是拓宽L-LLC谐振变换器宽范围电压增益的有效手段,而多管并联同步整流技术是减小开关器件通态损耗、提高效率的主要途径.本文分析混合控制中不同工作模式下变换器工作模态,得出整流侧电流总处于断续状态,且不同控制方式下同步整流驱动时序与逆变侧开关时序配合需求不同,进而提出一种逆变侧开关时序与外部检测整流侧电流相结合的同步整流控制策略.相较于其他控制策略,所提方法无需复杂的外部检测电路,控制方法简单且不易受杂散参数影响,适用于宽范围、大电流应用场合下的双向变换器.最后,搭建了一台高压侧280~430 V、低压侧36~54 V、正向传输功率25 kW、反向传输功率 2kW的实验样机对所提方法进行验证,实验结果表明所提同步整流控制策略的可行性及可靠性.

Abstract :

Increasing switching frequency can greatly improve power density of dc-dc power converter, while meets challenges of significant high-frequency dc output ripple. The capacitor filter is a most cost-effective suppression for the output ripple. However, the capacitor parasitic parameters will deteriorate the suppression. The frequency characteristic of the capacitor filter was analyzed by considering the parasitic parameters. Then, a novel parallel dual capacitors filer is proposed, which creates the reverse coupling between the two adjacent capacitors of the filter by constructing opposite current flowing through the capacitors. Using the novel dual capacitors filer as a cell, a novel compact multicapacitors filer of V-shape is further extended. The insert gain test and the prototype with 20 MHz of switching frequency are constructed, and the experiments verified that the novel filters suppress the ripple by maximum about 50% comparing with the traditional capacitor without adding volume and cost.

Abstract :

The resonant power converters at tens of MHz operate most efficiently at fixed frequency and fixed duty cycle. However, the increase of distributed parameters and parasitic parameters will lead to circuit detuning at high frequency, resulting in the deviation of the system from the optimal working point. In this paper, an iterative commentsoptimization analysis method on parameter sensitivity is proposed. It combines the rectifier and matching network, and obtains the input voltage of rectifier that meets the working requirements of matching network and rectifier simultaneously by numerical iteration to ensure the resonant matching state of the converter. A prototype with 20 MHz, 18 V input and 10 V / 10 W output is built. The prototype works well and the efficiency is 81.4% at full load. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed parameter sensitivity analysis theory and the feasibility of its guiding experimental debugging. © 2024 IEEE.

Abstract :

With the rapid development of the new energy industry,the application demand of a wide range of conditions is more and more extensive. As the classical topology of bidirectional DC-DC converter,dual active bridge DC-DC converter has the problems of decreasing soft switching range,increasing current peak value and current RMS value in wide range applications. Therefore,this paper focuses on analyzing the influence of wide input conditions on the characteristics of dual active bridge DC-DC converter under triple phase shift control,and deduces the theoretical expressions of the variation of soft switching range,current peak value and current RMS with switching frequency under wide input voltage. On this basis,a phase-shifting variable frequency hybrid control strategy is proposed. By adjusting the switching frequency,the soft switching range of the dual active bridge DC-DC converter is extended,and the current peak value and current effective value are reduced,and the overall efficiency of the converter is improved. Finally,a prototype of a 1 kW dual-active bridge DC-DC converter based on SiC device is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. © 2024 Science Press. All rights reserved.

Abstract :

为了使电磁干扰(EMI)滤波器设计达到预期的插入损耗(IL),实现良好噪声抑制效果,需要考虑噪声源阻抗的影响.电压插入损耗法仅能获得噪声源阻抗幅值的范围,且无法求解相位.针对上述问题,在不增加实验设备的前提下,提出基于插入无源二端口网络的噪声源阻抗提取方法.该方法通过在被测设备(EUT)与线性阻抗稳定网络(LISN)之间插入3个不同的无源二端口网络,建立关于噪声源阻抗实部和虚部的二元二次方程组,再结合EMI测试频段范围内实验测量的有效频点噪声电流,以实现噪声源阻抗幅值和相位的精确计算.以一台工业照明LED驱动电源为测试对象,对该方法的有效性和适用性进行了验证.实验结果表明,相较于电压插入损耗法,所提方法能够准确地提取全频段(9kHz~30MHz)噪声源阻抗幅值的精确值,并且能够得到噪声源阻抗相位,从而可以预测EMI噪声电流,为设计性能优良的EMI滤波器提供精确理论基础.

Abstract :

为了解决分布式新能源渗透率提高带来电网的系统等效阻尼和惯性降低的问题,一些学者提出了虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)控制策略.为了能够抑制电网电压不对称跌落时电网电流中的负序分量,VSG 多采用基于两相旋转坐标系下d-q 轴的正负序复合控制;但是正负序分离的延时恶化了故障发生和恢复时VSG 输出电流的过渡过程,造成VSG 过流风险增加.针对此问题,文中首先分析了电网电压对称和不对称跌落故障时电网电压等效幅值波形的特点,并据此提出了一种自动识别出故障类型,实现自适应正负序复合控制的VSG 低电压穿越策略,不仅能抑制不对称故障时输出电流中的负序分量,还减小了正负序分离的延时影响和VSG 出现暂态过流的可能性,使故障发生和恢复时VSG 输出电流的过渡过程更加平滑.最后通过搭建仿真系统验证了文中所提方法的可行性.

Abstract :

For electric vehicles (EVs) equipped with an onboard charger (OBC) and a wireless power transfer (WPT) system, there will be two charging systems in the EVs, which increases the cost, weight, and complexity. Based on the proposed design of magnetic couplers, this letter proposes a novel integration method for OBC and WPT systems of EV charging. The isolation transformer of the OBC system can be regarded as two strongly coupled coils. The secondary-side coil, namely the receiving coil, can also be loosely coupled with the transmitting coil of the WPT system. Thus, the receiving coil, the compensation, and the rectifier of both the OBC and WPT systems can be shared. In this way, the EV charging system can be capable of conductive charging and wireless charging while still having the advantages of cost effectiveness and high power density. An experimental prototype is implemented to validate the proposal.

Abstract :

A typical charging profile for the Li-ion batteries in electric vehicles (EVs) includes a constant current (CC) charging stage and a constant voltage (CV) charging. This letter proposes a simple and reconfigurable topology for CC and CV outputs in an EV wireless charging system. The proposed system can be switched to series-series topology for CC output and inductor-capacitor-capacitor-series topology for CV output. Only one relay is introduced, unlike existing solutions where many passive components and relays are utilized for reconfiguration. Also, there is no need for frequency variation to achieve the shift of CC and CV. An experimental prototype is implemented to validate the proposal.

Abstract :

随着分布式新能源渗透率的不断提高,传统同步发电机比例不断下降,导致电网系统总的等效惯性和阻尼降低,稳定性下降.虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)通过模拟同步发电机的运行特性,使传统并网逆变器具有一定的惯性和阻尼特性,有效缓解电网系统面临的稳定性下降的问题.本文将工频小信号模型法和二阶系统最优阻尼法相结合,提出一种VSG的改进设计方法,设计了控制参数及软、硬件电路并搭建了一台额定功率为6 kW的VSG样机验证了设计方法的有效性.

本发明涉及一种虚拟同步机低电压穿越综合控制方法,在电网发生电压跌落故障时,将电网电压正序d轴分量前馈到无微分环节的VSG无功功率励磁调压方程中,使VSG输出电压能够快速跟随电网电压幅值的跌落;根据电压跌落深度来增加VSG输出无功功率指令值,同时减小VSG输出有功功率指令值来避免VSG稳态输出过流;当VSG输出电感电流超过设定阈值时投入虚拟电阻来抑制暂态过流;在电网发生三相电压不对称跌落时,通过设置不同的正负序d、q轴电流环的电流指令补偿值来实现VSG三相输出电流平衡、VSG输出有功功率二倍频脉动抑制和VSG输出无功功率二倍频脉动抑制。该方法有利于提高VSG低电压穿越的能力,改善电网电压故障时VSG的输出电能质量。
