Abstract :
随着储能技术的日新月异,作为储能系统与新能源系统的连接桥梁,双向DC-DC变换器近年来成为新能源技术的重点研究对象。针对双有源桥双向DC-DC变换器在实际应用中存在的软开关问题,对双有源桥双向DC-DC变换器实际模型进行分析,提出一种移相变频控制控制策略,该策略以开关频率为切入点,分析了开关频率对变换器软开关特性的影响,通过对开关频率的调节满足了变换器的软开关条件。最后设计一台输入280V,输出100V的1kW实验样机验证所提策略的正确性。

Abstract :
分析了反激变换器共模(common mode, CM)噪声的特点,并基于屏蔽法与平衡法原理,提出了屏蔽-对消法,在变压器中加入屏蔽-对消绕组层,与原边CM噪声互相抵消的同时,也屏蔽了变压器副边至原边的噪声耦合路径,抑制了变压器内部CM噪声的传导。建立了反激变换器CM噪声传导路径模型,通过实验对比了无屏蔽层、采用全屏蔽铜箔与使用了屏蔽-对消绕组三种变压器结构样机的CM噪声,实验结果验证了屏蔽-对消绕组在反激变换器中抑制CM噪声的有效性。

Abstract :
Increasing switching frequency can greatly improve power density of dc-dc power converter, while meets challenges of significant high-frequency dc output ripple. The capacitor filter is a most cost-effective suppression for the output ripple. However, the capacitor parasitic parameters will deteriorate the suppression. The frequency characteristic of the capacitor filter was analyzed by considering the parasitic parameters. Then, a novel parallel dual capacitors filer is proposed, which creates the reverse coupling between the two adjacent capacitors of the filter by constructing opposite current flowing through the capacitors. Using the novel dual capacitors filer as a cell, a novel compact multicapacitors filer of V-shape is further extended. The insert gain test and the prototype with 20 MHz of switching frequency are constructed, and the experiments verified that the novel filters suppress the ripple by maximum about 50% comparing with the traditional capacitor without adding volume and cost.

光伏发电占我国发电总量的比重越来越大。飞跨电容多电平拓扑能够有效减小电感体积,因此在高功率密度、高效的场合具有应用前景。但飞跨电容逆变器实际运行中,会出现飞跨电容电压不均压的情况,不仅会使电路失去倍频效应,还会使开关管两端的电压应力不均衡,造成损坏。选择七电平FCML作为实验对象,将基于PI控制的均压环拓宽至七电平FCML中,搭建了一台3kW的样机验证了基于PI控制的均压环均压效果的有效性。

Abstract :
重点分析三重移相控制下宽输入工况对双有源桥DC-DC变换器特性的影响,分别推导宽范围输入电压情况下软开关范围、电流峰值和电流有效值随开关频率变化的理论表达式。在此基础上,提出一种移相变频混合控制策略,通过调节开关频率扩大双有源桥DC-DC变换器的软开关范围,并降低电流峰值和电流有效值,提高变换器的整体效率。最后,搭建一台基于SiC器件的1 kW双有源桥DC-DC变换器样机验证所提控制策略的有效性。

为了解决分布式新能源渗透率提高带来电网的系统等效阻尼和惯性降低的问题,一些学者提出了虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)控制策略.为了能够抑制电网电压不对称跌落时电网电流中的负序分量,VSG 多采用基于两相旋转坐标系下d-q 轴的正负序复合控制;但是正负序分离的延时恶化了故障发生和恢复时VSG 输出电流的过渡过程,造成VSG 过流风险增加.针对此问题,文中首先分析了电网电压对称和不对称跌落故障时电网电压等效幅值波形的特点,并据此提出了一种自动识别出故障类型,实现自适应正负序复合控制的VSG 低电压穿越策略,不仅能抑制不对称故障时输出电流中的负序分量,还减小了正负序分离的延时影响和VSG 出现暂态过流的可能性,使故障发生和恢复时VSG 输出电流的过渡过程更加平滑.最后通过搭建仿真系统验证了文中所提方法的可行性.

为了使电磁干扰(EMI)滤波器设计达到预期的插入损耗(IL),实现良好噪声抑制效果,需要考虑噪声源阻抗的影响.电压插入损耗法仅能获得噪声源阻抗幅值的范围,且无法求解相位.针对上述问题,在不增加实验设备的前提下,提出基于插入无源二端口网络的噪声源阻抗提取方法.该方法通过在被测设备(EUT)与线性阻抗稳定网络(LISN)之间插入3个不同的无源二端口网络,建立关于噪声源阻抗实部和虚部的二元二次方程组,再结合EMI测试频段范围内实验测量的有效频点噪声电流,以实现噪声源阻抗幅值和相位的精确计算.以一台工业照明LED驱动电源为测试对象,对该方法的有效性和适用性进行了验证.实验结果表明,相较于电压插入损耗法,所提方法能够准确地提取全频段(9kHz~30MHz)噪声源阻抗幅值的精确值,并且能够得到噪声源阻抗相位,从而可以预测EMI噪声电流,为设计性能优良的EMI滤波器提供精确理论基础.

Abstract :
In order to solve the problem of reducing the system equivalent damping and inertia caused by the increase of distributed new energy penetration, some scholars put forward the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control strategy. The VSG mostly adopts the positive and negative sequence compound control based on the d-q axis under the two-phase rotating coordinate system, so as to suppress the negative sequence component in the grid current when the grid voltage drops asymmetrically. However, the delay of positive and negative sequence separation worsens the transition process of VSG output current when the grid voltage sag fault occurrs or recovers, resulting in an increased risk of the VSG overcurrent. Aiming at this problem, the article firstly analyzes the characteristic of grid voltage equivalent amplitude waveforms when the grid voltage drops symmetrically and asymmetrically, and a low voltage ride-through strategy of the VSG that may automatically identify the fault types to achieve the adaptive positive and negative sequence compound control is proposed. The method does not only suppress the negative sequence component in the output current under asymmetric faults, but also reduce the delay effect of positive and negative sequence separation and the possibility of the VSG transient overcurrent, making the transition process of the VSG output current smoother when the fault occurrs or recovers. Finally, simulation system is built to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. © 2023 Power System Technology Press. All rights reserved.

Abstract :
For the problems of inaccurate single design and long design cycle caused by multiple design debugging in the traditional EMI filter design method, a new method for efficient design of EMI filter based on impedance extraction from noise source was proposed. Firstly, in the new method the impedance amplitude and phase of the noise source was obtained accurately and quickly by inserting the passive two-port network. Secondly, the EMI filter topology was selected according to the impedance mismatch principle; then it was comprehensively considered the noise source impedance, the equivalent load impedance at the LISN end and the influence of the high-frequency distribution parameters of the EMI filter on the insertion loss of the filter, so that the theoretical insertion loss of the filter is equal to the insertion loss required in the conducted EMI test band range, and the accurate parameters of each component of the filter were obtained, and the accurate design of the EMI filter was realized. Finally, an LED drive power supply was used for the experiment, the experimental results show that the proposed method can meet the expected effect in one design, which verifies accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method. © 2023 Editorial Department of Electric Machines and Control. For electric vehicles (EVs) equipped with an onboard charger (OBC) and a wireless power transfer (WPT) system, there will be two charging systems in the EVs, which increases the cost, weight, and complexity. Based on the proposed design of magnetic couplers, this letter proposes a novel integration method for OBC and WPT systems of EV charging. The isolation transformer of the OBC system can be regarded as two strongly coupled coils. The secondary-side coil, namely the receiving coil, can also be loosely coupled with the transmitting coil of the WPT system. Thus, the receiving coil, the compensation, and the rectifier of both the OBC and WPT systems can be shared. In this way, the EV charging system can be capable of conductive charging and wireless charging while still having the advantages of cost effectiveness and high power density. An experimental prototype is implemented to validate the proposal.
