高校科研实验室消防韧性评估TOPSIS模型及应用

Abstract:
针对高校实验室火灾爆炸安全形势严峻的现状,提出高校实验室消防韧性概念,构建了涵盖吸收能力、适应能力、恢复能力、学习能力等四个层面的高校实验室消防韧性评估指标体系;基于逼近理想解法(TOPSIS法)和熵权法(EWM)建立高校实验室消防韧性评估模型,并将实验室消防韧性等级划分为四个级别.最后,将该模型用于某高校实验室消防韧性评估,这对加强高校实验室消防安全管理具有一定的指导意义.
