Abstract :
CFD simulation tests were carried out to study the asymmetric flow phenomenon caused by the combination effect of tunnel slope and longitudinal fire location in a naturally ventilated tunnel. The result shows that the tunnel slope and the longitudinal fire location can both create the induced longitudinal flow solely. The longitudinal flow within tunnel induced by the stack effect caused by the tunnel slope is normally unidirectional, flowing uphill and the speed increases gradually with the tunnel slope. While the longitudinal flow induced by the thermal pressure difference caused by the uneven distribution of upstream and downstream smoke transportation can be bidirectional, which depends on the longitudinal fire location (also known as the downstream and upstream tunnel length difference, Delta L = L-down - L-up). Therefore, the induced longitudinal flow under the combination effect of tunnel slope and longitudinal fire location is very complex. For tunnels going uphill from left (upstream) to the right (downstream) portals, the two effects are positively added when the fire is located at the upstream tunnel (Delta L > 0), while the two effects are counteracted when the fire is located at the downstream (Delta L < 0). To quantify the strength of asymmetric flow caused by the two effects, an empirical equation of mass flow rate of induced longitudinal flow is proposed. Meanwhile, a model to predict the smoke back-layering length under the two effects is also proposed and validated by former experimental data. A prediction model on the upper critical fire position where the two effects are completely canceled out is proposed. Another critical position (the lower critical fire position) where the smoke flow can achieve unidirectional transportation in an inclined tunnel under natural ventilation conditions is deduced as well.

Abstract :
为了把握我国新工科教育领域的研究现状和发展趋势,文章以中国知网数据库中2017—2023年的文献为样本,对该领域的年发文量和代表性研究机构进行统计学分析;同时,运用VOSviewer软件对该领域文献的作者合作网络和热点关键词等进行可视化分析。结果表明:该领域的发展过程大致分为快速增长、平缓增长、缓慢下降三个阶段;研究者之间的合作网络较为分散;天津大学是该领域的核心研究单位,且发文量前20位的研究机构以高校为主;该领域的研究主要围绕教学改革、人才培养、课程思政和实践教学四大主题展开。

为探讨复合矿物的微波加热机制,使用COMSOL Multiphyics软件,基于任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)方法建立起环绕式微波加热模型来开展对不同组分结构和占比的复合矿物模型的温升特性研究.研究结果表明:相比于无搅拌加热模型,在铜片长度为5 cm,转速为(π/3) rad/s的环绕式模型中,矿物加热的效率更高,温度分布更均匀;复合矿物组分结构的变化会改变电磁波的分布,黄铁矿包裹方解石模型的微波加热效率低于方解石包裹黄铁矿模型;在黄铁矿包裹方解石模型中,黄铁矿厚度变化会引起电磁波相位变化,使得矿内电场热点和冷点偏移,并且其厚度大小在穿透深度前后对比,射入的电磁波强度差距较大,电场强度有显著差异;相同组分占比下,非均质矿物整体的电场模比复合均质矿物更低更稳定,组分间的电场强度更为接近;随着黄铁矿占比的增加,非均质矿物整体在微波加热30 s后的温度变化可分为小波峰区(0~10%)、大波峰区(10%~50%)、平稳区(50%~75%),组分间的温差逐渐变小.

为减少化工厂风险分析中的主观干预,基于关联规则和贝叶斯网络构建1种数据驱动风险分析模型。该模型涵盖3个任务项,分别为数据集项、关联规则驱动项和贝叶斯网络风险评估项。首先,收集事故报告和事故因素构建事故数据库;其次,将事故数据导入Apriori算法,并根据关联规则的因素相关性确定贝叶斯网络和条件概率表结构;然后,基于事故因素出现频率计算先验概率和条件概率,并采用Fussel-Vesely计算事故因素的敏感度;最后,收集94起危险化学品中毒窒息事故实例,运用数据驱动风险分析模型评估事故因素的影响大小。研究结果可为减少和避免化工事故提供一定参考,有助于提高相关企业的整体安全水平。

应急演练在提高实验室应对突发事件能力方面发挥着重要作用,应急演练脚本是实施应急演练的重要依据,该文提出利用情景构建技术开展应急演练脚本设计。结合对以往演练的梳理、经验总结和实际案例分析,基于情景构建技术提出高校实验室爆炸事故应急演练场景规划构思与构建设计的具体内容,梳理总结出高校实验室应急演练的组织架构和分工,具体描述了高校实验室爆炸事故的演变过程,生成了基于实际案例的实验室爆炸事故应急演练脚本。实验室应急演练脚本提供了实验室爆炸事故的应急场景,可用于实际模拟演练或虚拟演练,并可结合不同案例形成实验室应急演练脚本库,为实验室应急演练提供支持。

Abstract :
为全面了解我国隧道火灾领域的研究现状及前沿动态,检索2001-2021年中国知网(CNKI)收录的2 406篇相关文献,借助CiteSpace软件进行文献计量分析,并绘制了知识图谱。结果表明:隧道火灾领域研究论文数量整体呈现增长趋势,其过程可分为3阶段;作者间的合作关系较为密切,形成了一定的“网状”结构;数值模拟是该领域内探析烟气分布、温度分布的有效工具;公路隧道是隧道火灾的主要研究场所,高海拔隧道火灾是近期新出现的研究话题;隧道火灾的排烟、通风、温度和人员救援是该领域内的研究热点,未来将持续围绕上述主题进行分析与研究。

为探究高校实验室事故与各因素之间的复杂因果关系,该文基于模糊集定性比较分析方法,揭示不同条件组态对实验室事故产生的影响机制。首先,以“人-机-环-管”的安全管理体系为基础,构建针对高校实验室事故影响因素的分析框架,然后,从30起典型事故案例中提取6个条件变量,用于分析事故发生的条件组态。分析结果表明管理条件缺失或仪器设备故障是影响事故发生的核心条件,人的事前行为和事故应急处置通常作为事故发生边缘条件出现。最后,结合各种组态类型所展现出的规律提出了实验室安全管理建议,以期为实验室安全管理提供新视角。

Abstract :
To investigate the microwave heating mechanism of composite minerals, a circumferential stirring model based on the Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) method was established by COMSOL Multiphysics software. This model aims to study the temperature rise characteristics of mineral models with different component structures and proportions. The results show that the heating efficiency and uniformity of the mineral are higher in the stirred heating model with a 5 cm copper disc rotating at (π/3) rad/s compared to the non-stirred heating model; The different component structures of the composite mineral result in different electromagnetic wave distributions, which induces the microwave heating efficiency of the py-rite-enclosed calcite model is lower than the calcite-enclosed pyrite model; In the calcite-en-closed pyrite model, the variation of pyrite thickness changes the phase of electromagnetic wave, leading to the displacement of hot and cold spots in the mineral. Furthermore, when comparing the pyrite thicker and thinner than the penetration depth, there is a significant disparity in the incident electromagnetic wave intensity, resulting in noticeable differences in electric field strength; At the same component proportion, the overall electric field of heterogeneous minerals is lower and more stable, and the electric field intensity between components is closer than in composite homogeneous minerals; With the proportion of pyrite increases, the temperature variation of heterogeneous minerals after 30 s microwave heating can be divided into three regions: small peak region (0-10%), large peak region (10% - 50%), and stable region (50% - 75%), and the temperature differences between components gradually decrease. © 2024 China University of Mining and Technology. In this work, the characteristics of the exothermic reaction between ammonium nitrate and sulfide ores were explored using COMSOL Multiphysics. This reaction can cause an increase in temperature within the blast holes of sulfide mines and can potentially induce premature explosions of the explosives. Initially, simulations were conducted to observe temperature variations in blast holes before and after the loading of explosives. Then, the impact of blast hole diameter and initial temperature on the thermal environment was assessed. Subsequent analysis focused on the fluid field's dynamics, examining flow rate changes and the concentration of signature gases produced by the reaction. Additionally, the influence of blast hole diameter on these parameters was evaluated. The results show that the blast hole temperature is positively related to its diameter and initial temperature. When the diameter of the blast hole is 120 mm and 165 mm, a significant change in flow rate is observed, with a trend of being rapidly increased and then rapidly decreased. The production of NH3 is always found to be greater than that of the other two gases. As for NO and SO2, their production is characterized by an approximate ratio of 1:2. The numerical simulation results can provide important theoretical guidance for the spontaneous detonation of blast hole in sulfide mines.
