Abstract:
The electromagnetic interference of power converters is developing towards high frequency. As an important part of the converter, the near field coupling of magnetic components is more complicated at high frequencies, which is a major and difficult research topic. Traditional analyses show that the near field coupling between magnetic components is mainly magnetic coupling, but experiments and analyses show that the electric field coupling between magnetic components has a prominent influence in the high frequency of conducted emission (CE). A new near field coupling circuit model for magnetic components was proposed, and the electric field coupling, magnetic field coupling and field coupling loss were considered at the same time, and the parameter extraction method of the near field coupling model was also given. The measurement and the calculated results of the established near field coupling model were in good concordance with the CE frequency band, which verified the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed near field model. © 2022 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng.
