Abstract:
挥发性成分的提取方法对武夷肉桂香气成分的分析具有重要影响。本文对比了两种常用的挥发性成分的萃取方法——顶空固相微萃取法(Head Space Solid-phase Micro extraction,HS-SPME)和同时蒸馏萃取法(Simultaneous Distillation Extraction,SDE)对武夷肉桂挥发性成分的提取效率差异,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)对武夷肉桂的挥发性成分进行表征。首先对HS-SPME的萃取条件进行了优化,结果表明其最优萃取条件为:50/30μm DVB/CAR/...
