The　development　of　the　cold　chain　logistics　industry　has　become　increasingly　important　in　the　national　economy　and　social　development.　At　present,　the　overall　development　level　of　the　cold　chain　logistics　industry　in　Fujian　Province　still　lags　behind　the　province＇s　agricultural　products　and　food　circulation　demand,　the　development　of　the　province＇s　cold　chain　logistics　industry　still　needs　further　support.　Based　on　the　national　＇14th　Five-Year　Plan＇,　this　paper　selects　cities　in　the　southeastern　coastal　region　of　Fujian　Province　as　the　research　area,　and　conducts　a　study　on　the　location　and　path　optimization　of　cold　chain　logistics　distribution　centers　in　the　southeastern　region　of　Fujian　Province.　In　terms　of　distribution　center　location,　with　the　objective　of　minimizing　the　total　system　cost,　the　immune　optimization　algorithm　is　used　to　solve　the　cold　chain　logistics　distribution　center　location　model　and　select　the　optimal　result.　The　paths　are　solved　by　genetic　algorithm　and　simulated　annealing　algorithm.　By　solving　the　site　selection　problem　with　the　immune　optimization　algorithm,　four　demand　points　are　identified　as　the　candidates　for　the　distribution　center,　namely　Gulou　District,　Yongchun　County,　Xicheng　District　and　Haicang　District.　This　paper　uses　the　two-stage　method　to　solve　the　site　selection　and　path　optimization　problems　can　effectively　reduce　the　distribution　cost　and　improve　the　service　level　of　cold　chain　logistics,　which　provides　a　strong　theoretical　basis　for　the　future　development　and　planning　of　the　cold　chain　logistics　industry　in　Fujian　province.　©　Aussino　Academic　Publishing　House　All　rights　reserved.
