Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于Micro‑LED自发热原位结晶钙钛矿量子点的色转换方法,采用过饱和结晶法生长钙钛矿量子点,通过喷墨打印将钙钛矿量子点前驱体溶液打在Micro‑LED阵列上的不良溶剂中进行振荡反应,原位生成钙钛矿量子点溶液;利用Micro‑LED自发热使得钙钛矿量子点原位结晶,覆盖在由黑矩阵隔开的蓝光Micro‑LED阵列上;通过蓝光Micro‑LED激发红绿钙钛矿量子点纳米晶发出红光和绿光,结合蓝光Micro‑LED本身所发出的蓝光,实现一个像素单元的发光,多个重复的像素单元有序排列,即实现Micro‑LED的色转换。该方法的实现工艺及条件简单,且有利于提高钙钛矿量子点纳米晶的性能。
