Abstract:
A new simulation and modeling method for permanent magnet (PM) contactor is proposed. The equivalent magnetic circuit model of PM contactor is established through magnetic field partition scheme, and the effect of PM is equivalent to coil current on the premise that the force on the moving core remains unchanged before and after the equivalent. The equivalent current at different air gaps is solved and fitted as a function of moving core displacement, and acts on the coil together with external excitation to achieve the purpose of substituting the equivalent current for the PM. On this basis, a co-simulation model of PM contactor integrated with control and body was established. Using the current closed-loop control technology to verify the effectiveness of the co-simulation model, which provides a new idea for the design of PM contactor intelligent control strategy. © 2021 IEEE.
