Abstract:
Organic phototransistors have attracted tremendous attentions due to their light weight and good compatibility with flexible substrates. However, developing organic phototransistors with high performance over the broadband spectrum still remains great challenge. In this study, high-performance broadband phototransistor is developed with organic materials/MXene, which exhibits improved mobility and outstanding photodetection characteristics. The combination of MXene and organic semiconductor materials provides a promising way to prepare high-performance OPT with broadband detection.
