Abstract：
本实用新型涉及一种基于悬臂梁模态频率的质量称量装置，包括钨卤素灯光源模块、迈克尔逊干涉仪模块、二维光谱仪模块、悬臂梁模块、以及计算机。本实用新型在对轻的薄壁结构件的振动检测及模态分析进行了解和研究的基础上，提出一种效率高、精度高、非接触、无损、不引入附加质量及高分辨率的质量称重结构。
