Abstract:

本发明涉及一种新型量子点体导光板背光模组结构及其制备方法,包括蓝光LED光源、楔形量子点体导光板和反射片;所述楔形量子点体导光板中分散设置有红色量子点、绿色量子点以及高分子材料,所述楔形量子点体导光板有楔形角的一端靠近蓝光LED光源;所述反射片设置有黄色荧光粉层;所述黄色荧光粉层设置有黄色荧光粉点阵,且在靠近蓝光LED光源处黄色荧光粉点阵直径大且排布紧密,远离蓝光LED光源处黄色荧光粉点阵直径小且排布稀疏。本发明的背光模组在导光板材料成型过程中让量子点均匀分散在内部,使量子点和导光板融为一体,减少了单独的量子点膜片层,具有功能完整、结构简化、工艺简单和降低成本的优势。
