Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于DNA Walker信号放大构建“Z”型光电适配体分析方法。该方法受启发于植物光合作用“Z”电子转移,通过DNA Walker将CdS量子点连接到沉积在BiVO4的纳米金上,BiVO4产生的光生电子从其导带通过纳米金的电子传递作用转移到CdS量子点的价带,从而抑制了电子和空穴的复合,提高光电流,实现了信号放大。本方法采用电化学工作站与氙灯联用,成本低、检测灵敏度高,将仿生应用于光电化学,为癌症标记物的检测提供了一种灵敏且性能稳定的光电化学检测方法。
